Here's how we operate:
- Pricing
Our pricing is $5.00 per 100 grams, and our minimum order is 100 grams, so yes we will supply 123 grams if you want (that is $6.15 if you were wondering).
As our emphasis is on freshness, we do not offer a bulk discount as some roasters do, no criticism intended, it's the way we work.
Our decaf is currently $6.50 per 100 grams
- Shipping
- We will arrange shipping to suit you, however there are conditions (of course). We have a courier arrangement, if you want to use your own courier / freight company - that's fine, just let us know and we will work with you. Equally if you are able to collect your coffee, great!! If you want us to courier it - we will use our courier to do so.
- Freight prices:
- Up to 200 Grams of coffee - $2.50
200 to 300 Grams of coffee - $1.00
300 Grams and over - Free
We will notify you when your coffee has shipped, and usually you should receive it the day after we ship it, with the exception of rural deliveries. If there is a delay caused by us, we will probably waive any freight charges.
We have tried to keep it simple, and may adjust these prices from time to time if the need dictates. An as we said, you are welcome to arrange your own freight.
If you are having any problems making coffee with our beans, we are happy to help out as much as we can.
We are also able to make coffee (espresso based) at your smaller events / parties by arrangement.
Payment - we like to get paid! We don't accept credit cards, we would have to put our prices up to have this facility. This leaves two options if you are not wanting to visit our Roastery Cafe at 1 Crisp Road, Clarks Beach, Auckland (That's also the postal address for cheques). Firstly you can send us a cheque, or you can use Internet banking and transfer payment direct to our account - 12 3075 0192784 50, but please put your name in as a reference so we know who has paid etc. For our regular customers, we operate a monthly account service.
If you are new to Internet Banking, and want to test paying bills etc, you are welcome to pay as much money as you like into our account!! We offer no guarantee as to any funds being returned though!
